Grand Group was founded in 2001 by its Managing Director Md. Tayabur Rahman, a Graduate Civil Engineer of 1988 and an experienced Structural Engineer.

Grand Properties Ltd, one of the most well reputed Real-estate company of the country was the initial business of Grand Group. With several decades of involvement in the Real Estate sector, Engr. Tayabur Rahman had the necessary experience to develop buildings of the highest standard in Bangladesh.The company has been constructing buildings of highest quality in Dhaka City, giving preference to both Aesthetic & Functional necessities.

In 2003, we initiated and registered a company named ‘Tendon Technologies Limited’. The company provides complete solution for Industrial machine assembly, manufacture of steel structure and construction of industrial infrastructure, etc. During this time the company has established goodwill and already provided solution for different industries.

In 2010, Grand Group is being registered a company named ‘Grandhill Limited’ for involving machineries, material handling equipment and warehouse racking business to expand the business.
